The size is adjustable (33cm-44cm), but any larger sizes must be custom-made. The craftsmanship is flawless with subtle handwork marks – perfectionists, please beware! Handcrafted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please note that snake skin patterns may slightly vary between batches; those sensitive to this should reconsider.

  • Processing & Shipping: Enjoy Free Standard Shipping (7–15 business days) on orders over $79! In-stock items process within 1–2 business days. Please note that our handcrafted and custom pieces require 10 days to 4 weeks for production before shipment. Expedited shipping (2–3 days) is also available for $32.99.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order for free within 10 hours of payment. After 10 hours, a 10% handling fee applies to regular items, and a 20% fee applies to custom or handmade items. ⚠️ Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
  • Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any applicable local customs duties or VAT upon arrival.

  • Regular Items: We gladly accept returns or exchanges for unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
  • Custom & Handmade Items: Due to the personalized and artisan nature of these pieces, they are final sale and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Damaged or Defective Goods: If your item arrives with an issue, please contact us with clear photos/videos within 2 working days of receipt so we can quickly resolve it for you.
  • Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
