Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you donโ€™t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

How do I /create an account?

Please click on โ€œLogin/Registerโ€ followed by โ€˜Create An Accountโ€™ and fill in your personal particulars.

How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept secure payments through major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. All payments are processed via PayPalโ€™s secure payment gateway, whether or not you have a PayPal account.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

You can apply your discount code during checkout. Just follow these steps:

Add your items to the cart.

Click โ€œCheck Outโ€.

On the checkout page, enter your discount code in the box labeled โ€œDiscount codeโ€ or โ€œPromo codeโ€, then click โ€œApplyโ€.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in โ€œMy Accountโ€ if you are a registered user.

I have problems adding items to my shopping cart?

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone elseโ€™s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as โ€œTemporarily Unavailableโ€.

Do you ship internationally? Which countries do you ship to?

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We provide free worldwide standard shipping on orders over $139 (excluding U.S. taxes).

For orders under $139, a flat rate of $14.99 applies.

Expedited DHL shipping is available for $45.99, delivering within 2โ€“4 business days.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Regular products: Processing time 1-2 business days.

Custom or handmade items: Processing can take 10 days to 2 months.(check prodcuts page see more details.)

Shipping time: 7โ€“15 business days for standard shipping; 2โ€“4 business days for DHL express.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through PayPal's payment gateway.

Is my payment information secure?

After-sales Question

Can I cancel my order?
  • Order has not been shipped, Within 10H after payment, Cancel Free.
  • Non-customized and non-handmade products, Order has not been shipped, More than 10H after payment, a 15% handling fee will be charged.
  • customized and handmade products, More than 10H after payment, a 70% handling fee will be charged.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

What is your return policy?

You may return or exchange regular products within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Customized or handmade items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How do I initiate a return?
