  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

  • Return Process:

    1. Contact us at service@blackyyds.com or via live chat with your order number and reason for return.

    2. Our team will respond within 24 hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 9 PM GMT+8) with instructions and a return label if applicable.

    3. Repack the product securely and apply the return label.

    4. Email us the return tracking number.

  • Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (excluding shipping fees and discounts).

✨ Customized & Handmade Products

  • Policy: Custom-made or handmade items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of defects or shipping damage.
