🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns and exchanges policy below.

🛍️ Regular Products

Return Period: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
Return Process:
1. Contact us at service@blackyyds.com or via live chat with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 24 hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 9 PM GMT+8) with instructions and a return label if applicable.
3. Repack the product securely and apply the return label.
4. Email us the return tracking number.
Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (excluding shipping fees and discounts).

✨ Customized & Handmade Products

Policy: Custom-made or handmade items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of defects or shipping damage.
Important:
- Contact us within 2 working days of delivery.
- Provide clear photos/videos of the issue.
- If the issue is reported after 2 days, we will consider the item to be damaged by the customer and cannot accept responsibility.
We take great care in handcrafting and inspecting every item before shipment.

💥 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 working days of receipt.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.

💳 Refund Timeline

Processing: Once your return is received and verified, the refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.
Bank Timelines: Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to credit the funds to your account.
