  • In-stock products are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Custom or handmade items may take 5 days to 14 business days, depending on product complexity. Please refer to the product detail page for specific lead times.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM (+8 honhkong) will be processed the following business day.

  • No processing on weekends or public holidays.

  • Peak season (Oct–Dec) may experience delays. Please order early to avoid disappointment.
